Social media management
Social media management for small businesses
A page that last posted eight months ago looks like a business that closed eight months ago. Customers check your socials before they message you — they should find a business that's clearly open, busy and easy to reach.
On request
Sound familiar?
This is for you if…
- Your last post is months old and it shows
- You know you should post, but there's never time
- Your posts get likes but never turn into enquiries
- Your socials, website and Google profile all say different things
What you get
Planned posts
A monthly content plan agreed with you, then posts written, designed and scheduled.
The platforms that matter
Facebook, Instagram and Google Business Profile — chosen by where your customers actually are.
Built to convert
Every post points somewhere useful: your WhatsApp, your site or a quote request.
Consistent with your site
Same prices, hours, branding and message everywhere a customer might check.
How it works
The process
- 01
Chat
Which platforms, how often, and what you want people to do after seeing a post.
- 02
Quote
A monthly price in writing, based on platforms and posting frequency.
- 03
Plan
Each month's posts shared with you for approval before anything goes out.
- 04
Post and review
Posts go out on schedule, with a short monthly note on what worked.
Questions about social media management
How much does social media management cost?
It depends on how many platforms and how many posts a month. Get in touch on WhatsApp and I'll give you a fixed monthly price.
Do I need to supply photos?
Real photos of your work, team and premises perform best, so I'll ask for some. Where you don't have them, I'll design graphics instead.
Will you reply to messages and comments?
Enquiries are passed to you straight away, because you're the one who can quote and book. Replying to comments can be included — we'll agree that up front.
Is there a contract?
Month-to-month, like hosting. Your pages and accounts always stay in your name.
Let's get your phone ringing.
Send a WhatsApp with what your business does. You'll get a straight answer and a written quote — usually within a few hours on weekdays.
